What are your qualifications?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019 and am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also am a certified Gut Health Specialist. In order to give you the best support and results possible, I work in conjunction with ChrisieFit, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer to create custom meal plans and workouts for every level of fitness and desired goals.

My approach to health and vitality is truly holistic. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in gut health and mindfulness, I help you in all areas of your life including mind, movement, nutrition + spirit.
