Inner Lotus Tea Room is a quiet, heart-centered space offering traditional Cha Dao (The Way of Tea) ceremonies rooted in ancient Chinese tea culture. Our gatherings invite you to slow down, reconnect, and experience tea as a meditative and healing practice — not a performance.
In a fast-paced, always-on world, Inner Lotus Tea Room provides a gentle pause. Through mindful tea preparation, shared silence, and intentional presence, guests are guided into deeper awareness, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection with self and community.
No prior tea experience is needed. Our ceremonies are welcoming to beginners and seasoned tea lovers alike, creating a space where curiosity, openness, and stillness are honored. In addition to regular tea ceremonies, we host seasonal workshops, future-visioning experiences, and guest-led tea gatherings.
