How I Got Here

At 5 years old, my life was forever changed. Surviving a head on collision that killed my father in late spring of 1988, I knew early on that the world was not meant for the weak minded or faint of heart. I spent the first half of my life in fight, flight and fear that colored my world + left me with more questions than answers.
It took me nearly 28 years to start doing the work of unpacking complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, joint pain, stomach problems, excess weight – and an eventual systemic lupus (SLE) diagnosis at the onset of perimenopause.
The masterpiece is the journey – I’ve been in your shoes. And, I continue to walk the walk.
The difference between coal and a diamond = time and pressure. To “build and empower people” I needed to first understand how I best functioned in the world. That started with transcending the old and honing the new.
Far beyond nutrition, movement and meditation, I found myself on the path of radical health + wellbeing with a strong emphasis on creativity, mindfulness + holistic health practices. I have a deep passion for the health and wellbeing space. I specialize in empowering you and fortifying your wellbeing through holistic mind-body practices and proven gut healing protocols for optimal, long-lasting results.
